Cosmic Aprons ‑ Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility window

You may return unused aprons within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking page.

2. Condition of items

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, or pet hair

  • In the original packaging (if possible)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email hello@cosmicaprons.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with a pre‑paid return label and an RMA number.

  3. Affix the label to your package and drop it with any USPS location within 7 days.

4. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Timing: Allow 5‑7 business days after we receive the return for the credit to appear.

  • Shipping fees: Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Start a return as above and place a new order; we’ll refund the original purchase once we receive the unused item.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
